Returning students are registered online through Infinite Campus (IC), Lebanon R-3's secure student information system.

While completing Open Enrollment, families can also:

• Update contact information
• Review student and emergency information
• View grades and attendance
• Access class schedules (once available)
• Pay food service balances

Transportation Form

As part of the enrollment process, families must complete the Google Transportation Form. This information is essential for maintaining accurate transportation records and ensuring your student has the correct dismissal plan on the first day of school. Students who do not have transportation arrangements submitted in advance will be assigned to the car line on the first day of school.

Meal Benefits Application

After completing Online Registration, all families should complete the Meal Benefits Application.

This application determines eligibility for free or reduced-price meals.

Class Schedules

In August, returning families who have completed Online Registration can view their student's class schedule, assigned teachers, and homeroom by selecting the Schedule tab in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Welcome! If your child is new to Lebanon R-3 Schools or was previously enrolled but did not attend during the last school year (2025-2026), please begin by completing the New Student Registration Form. 

After completing the form, you will receive a call or email from a LR3 employee with next steps within the next few days. Thank you for your patience! 

Families can attend in-person enrollment starting August 5 at their child’s assigned school.

Please bring the following documents:

• Your child’s birth certificate
• Immunization (shot) records
• Proof of residency (e.g., utility bill, lease, or mortgage document)
• A signed records release form (available onsite, 1st-12th)

Once enrolled, we will contact your child’s previous school to request academic and health records if needed.

New Student Registration Form

If you've forgotten your Infinite Campus username or password:

1. Visit the Infinite Campus login page.
2. Select Forgot Password? or Forgot Username?
3. Enter the email address associated with your parent account.
4. Follow the prompts to reset your login information.

Your Infinite Campus username is typically the email address associated with your parent account.
