Health Services

The Health Services department at Lebanon R3 School District is dedicated to fostering the well-being of our students and staff through a team of highly qualified registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical assistants. Our professionals deliver comprehensive health education, case management, and direct nursing care.
Our nursing staff plays a crucial role as a liaison among families, healthcare providers, and the school community. They conduct student health screenings and diligently monitor immunization statuses to ensure compliance and safety. In addition, our nurses are supported by trained unlicensed personnel, who assist with minor first aid, medication administration, and clerical tasks, ensuring that our health services run smoothly and efficiently.
Together, we strive to create a safe and healthy environment that empowers every student to thrive.
The vision of the Health Services department is to:
- Promote the safety, health, and wellness of all students and staff at Lebanon R3 School District
- Reduce health-related barriers to learning, thus improving student achievement
- Promote a positive, collaborative relationship with students, families, colleagues and the community
- Promote best practices in school health services through high-quality professional development.
Students must be healthy to be educated and educated to be healthy.
