Dr. Jeremy Brownfield
Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources & Quality Improvement
Dr. Jeremy Brownfield serves as the Assistant Superintendent for the Lebanon R-III School District. He began his career in education as an Industrial Technology teacher at Fordland High School from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2014, he taught Pre-Engineering at Ozark High School before transitioning into administration, serving as Assistant Principal from 2014 to 2017 and Principal from 2017 to 2024. 

Dr. Brownfield holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Missouri State University (2002), a Master’s in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University (2007), an Education Specialist degree from Southwest Baptist University (2010), and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lindenwood University (2020).
