Lebanon Education Foundation is excited to announce $50,000 in classroom grants will be President funded for the 2025-2026 school year. This is an opportunity to impact student learning and fund the innovative ideas you always dream of.
LEF grants fund projects that impact the classroom with innovative activities focused on student centered learning. Classroom teachers are encouraged to consider projects that will provide student enrichment while supporting learning objectives across the curriculum. An application may be submitted for an individual classroom. An application may also be submitted for a grade level, subject area, team o r department. The grant timeline is below. The grant application instructions are also being provided for you. Since 1994, LEF has funded classroom grants and low interest loans t o area schools totaling over $1,200,000 to benefit students. Lebanon Education Foundation board members appreciate the opportunity t o continue partnering with our area teachers to enrich student learning through LEF classroom grants.

- May 5: Applicants notified of funding status
- May 14: Grant Award Ceremony, Central Office
- 4:30-5:20 Early Childhood Center, Esther, Maplecrest, Boswell
- 5:30-6:20 LMS, LHS, LTCC, HEC
Guidelines
- LEF funds classroom requests. Extra-curricular activities and clubs will not be considered. However, a grant will not be disqualified if the grant requests funds for use in a classroom, and the funded items could also be used for an extra-curricular/club activity.
- LEF grants fund projects that feature innovative activities focused on student centered learning.
- Classroom teachers are encouraged t o consider projects that will provide student enrichment while supporting learning objectives across the curriculum.
- An application may be submitted for an individual classroom, a grade level, subject area, team, or department.
- Grants may receive full, partial, or no funding at the discretion of the Review Team made up o f retired teachers representing a variety o f grade levels, subjects, and buildings.
